You'll be asked to react to various adjectives related to team behavior that you perceive in the candidate. The list includes 45 of what Belbin calls "positive contribution" words and 27 "allowable weakness" words. The contributions and weaknesses combine in different ways in the nine team profiles. The weaknesses are all part of a personality and compliment the strengths that the individual brings to a team. An example of an allowable weakness would be for a very creative individual to be somewhat forgetful. One would tend to forgive this weakness, viewing it as a price to be paid for the benefits of a creative personality.
